Hello, I am Chelsea Britton, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working with Ollie Health. My wellness path started in cooking school, led to massage therapy, and ultimately to dietetics. I have been surrounded by close family members in the medical field my entire life and have a soft spot for RNs. I have been learning how to nurture the body from the inside out over the last 20 years.
I earned my BS in Dietetics from Sacramento State University and my love for food and cooking has transformed the ingredients in a recipe to be a large part of disease prevention or management. I have been a practicing Registered Dietitian since 2008 and working alongside functional providers in their offices since 2012.
I am a foodie, farmer, gardener, runner, cyclist, mom, wife, and cook, whose passion for prevention and admiration for veggies is super strong!
My mission is to support, connect, enlighten and encourage patients on their path to healing. I specialize in gut health, elimination diets, SCD diets, Paleo/Whole 30, Vegetarian/vegan, Infant Nutrition, picky eating/sensory challenges in children, blended diets, mindful eating, and whole foods nutrition.
