Andrea’s path to holistic health has evolved through many formative experiences, including her university education, collegiate athletic competition, emergency room nursing, and raising three dynamic and athletically competitive children. Through her own heath and her children’s health journeys, she has relied on a holistic approach to heal and continually optimize her families health, expanding her knowledge and use of integrative functional medicine. This has fueled her passion to provide holistic, integrative functional medical care to other families in her community. She blends traditional and functional medicine with alternative medical modalities, such as Autonomic Response Testing and frequency-specific microcurrent, to optimize healing and recovery of her patients physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Andrea competed in collegiate athletics while completing her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis. She then attended Samuel Merritt University earning her Nursing degree and a Master’s of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is currently enrolled in the School of Applied Functional Medicine and has completed Level 2. She will complete Level 3 in 2025.

Andrea stays active with skiing, yoga, running, and walking her dogs. For fun, over the past 7 years, she has enjoyed coaching the Jackson Grammar School Cross Country team, working with hundreds of kids helping them to build their self-confidence and self-image. She is honored to work with her patients along their health journeys and grateful to work and learn alongside her two mentors, Dr. Shorrock and Dr. Long.
